ASURA AI is an AI-powered co-founder platform that provides business planning, market research, marketing strategy, and advisory services through AI agents. The Service is operated by Oikos Group LLC, a company registered in Korea (Business Reg. No: 774-88-02640).

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information

4. Subscription Plans

ASURA AI offers the following plans:

Free: $0/month — Limited features
Builder: $49/month (₩59,000/month for Korean users)
Pro: $149/month (₩179,000/month for Korean users)

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. AI-Generated Content

ASURA AI uses artificial intelligence to generate business plans, market research, and strategic advice. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
ASURA AI does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
You should verify important business decisions with qualified professionals
ASURA AI is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business advice

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using ASURA AI, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ASURA AI to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Generate harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content
Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
Share your account with others

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Oikos Group LLC. AI-generated content created through your use of the Service belongs to you, subject to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASURA AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
